Using Our Office

We invite clients to fax or email financial and estate planning documents for Meredith’s review and comment or for us to place in your file until your next appointment. If you do this, please be sure to note on the fax the action you would like our staff members to take.
 
Upon request, we will provide an overnight mail account number so you can send us important documents quickly and securely.

 
Office hours and appointment times:  
General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need to stop by, please call first in case we have scheduled an off-site educational seminar or are closed for a regular holiday.

Meredith is available for client meetings by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. or on Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Meetings may last from 30 minutes to three hours, depending on the agenda and purpose. We can meet at one of our office locations or by phone.

Meredith’s additional office hours are protected for focused attention to client financial plans, though she is generally accessible via cell phone and e-mail. Other team members are available to help as well.
