Sandy Jones

As Chief Operating Officer at Artisan Financial Strategies (AFS), Sandy Jones works collaboratively with Meredith and Adam as part of the leadership team on the development and implementation of the strategic vision for AFS. She oversees day-to-day operations and the planning team. Her goal is to ensure you experience concierge-level service and strong relationship management at every point.

Sandy has over 15 years of experience in the finance services industry. She has a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and postgraduate coursework from the University of South Carolina. She started her career as a Financial Advisor in large wire-house and banking institutions where she focused on customized investment strategies. Before her financial services career, she was a civil engineer in the environmental consulting industry then transferred her technical and project management experience to the corporate world, expanding her professional skillset to include product development, strategic marketing, sales, and customer support.

Sandy joined Artisan Financial Strategies in 2010 as Meredith Moore’s approach to comprehensive planning supported by the empowerment of client education aligned with her inherent consulting approach, values, and professional focus. Clients appreciate her business insights and her way of leveraging knowledge gleaned across multiple industries to deliver exceptional results. Sandy’s problem-solving skills and strong process orientation are key attributes to achieving customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

Originally from South Carolina, Sandy lives in Milton with her husband, Vic, and has three college aged children, Sawyer, Elyse, and Charlie. Her passions outside of work include her family, cooking, gardening, family movie nights, date nights with her husband, and cheering on her Clemson Tigers. She is an active member of Alpharetta United Methodist Church.
